High flying with a trailer to match

Type40 were tasked with producing an online trailer for the blu-ray and DVD of the High Flying Birds Live At The O2.

Working with Universal Music and management company Big Brother we produced this trailer advertising the DVD and Blu-ray release and oversaw the TV edits to make a 45min and 60min version, under the guidance of director Dick Carruthers. The trailer tried to capture the atmosphere and the excitement of the gig, while also using some behind the scenes footage. Captions and titles were added with a light trail effect, taking inspiration from the DVD and Blu-ray artwork to align the branding of the trailer to that of the physical release.
